Also on the program: The new lawsuit Public Citizen v. Trump stems from the administration’s executive order requiring federal agencies to eliminate two regulations for every new one they institute. Press secretary Sean Spicer says the suit “presumes a lot of outcomes that are wildly inaccurate.” Our guest says it presumes outcomes that are not only predictable, but that reflect the order’s actual intention.
