Foreign secretary David Miliband went to the Ukraine last month to drum up an “anti-Russian coalition” and enthuse about extending Nato eastwards. وزير الخارجية ديفيد miliband ذهبت الى اوكرانيا الشهر الماضي لحشد "التحالف المعاديه لروسيا" وحمس عن توسيع حلف شمال الاطلسي شرقا. But Western powers are too overstretched in Iraq and Afghanistan to intervene militarily against an opponent such as Russia. ولكن القوى الغربية هي أيضا أكثر من طاقتها في العراق وافغانستان ، الى التدخل عسكريا ضد خصم مثل روسيا.
