마드리드: Guantanamo 만에 논쟁적인 미국 "테러와의 전쟁" 야영지 여기 저기로 거의 50의 비행은 2002년 사이 스페인 공역을 이용하고 스페인에서 도착된 2007년과 11, El Pais는 매일 월요일을 보고했다.
El Pais는 마드리드 근거한 재판관 Ismael Moreno에게 공항 관리 몸 AENA, 수송 내각의 부분에 의해, 공급된 숫자를 인용했다. Moreno is investigating at least 10 CIA-chartered flights which landed in the Balearic islands between January 2004 and January 2005 and which are suspected of having been used for the CIA’s “rendition” strategy.
This involves flying terrorist suspects through European states to detention in third countries. Amid allegations of the use of torture, the US treatment of the suspects has been widely criticised. The US administration insists that the “rendition” programme is legal however. afp
