The onetime undercover agent, who has been barred by the CIA from using his real name, filed a motion in federal court late Friday asking the government to declassify legal documents describing what he says was a deliberate suppression of findings on Iran that were contrary to agency views at the time. فان عميل سابق ، قد منعت من قبل وكالة المخابرات المركزية من استخدام اسمه الحقيقي ، التماسا في المحكمه الفيدراليه في وقت متأخر الجمعة الى الحكومة طالبا declassify الوثائق القانونية واصفا ما يقوله كان متعمدا قمع النتائج التي توصل اليها بشأن ايران التي تتنافى مع وكالة آراء في ذلك الوقت.
The former operative alleged in a 2004 lawsuit that the CIA fired him after he repeatedly clashed with senior managers over his attempts to file reports that challenged the conventional wisdom about weapons of mass destruction in the Middle East. السابق المنطوق المزعومه في 2004 دعوى ان اطلقوا النار عليه بعد وكالة المخابرات المركزية مرارا وتكرارا انه اشتبك مع كبار المديرين يزيد محاولاته لملف التقارير التى تفيد بان تحدي الحكمة التقليديه بشأن اسلحه الدمار الشامل في الشرق الاوسط. The publication of the National Intelligence Estimate on Iran undermined the CIA’s rationale for censoring the former officer’s lawsuit, said his attorney, Roy Krieger. نشر تقديرات الاستخبارات الوطنية على كل من ايران وكالة المخابرات المركزية الى تقويض الاساس المنطقي لمراقبة الضابط السابق في دعوى ، وقال محاميه ، روى كريجير.

The informant provided secret evidence that Tehran had halted its research into designing and building a nuclear weapon. المخبر السري قدمت ادلة على ان طهران قد توقف البحث في تصميم وبناء سلاح نووي. Yet, when the operative sought to file reports on the findings, his attempts were “thwarted by CIA employees,” according to court papers. ومع ذلك ، عندما سعى الى منطوق الملف تقارير عن النتائج التي توصل اليها ، ومحاولاته "احبطت من قبل وكالة المخابرات المركزية للموظفين ،" وفقا لأوراق المحاكم. Krieger contends in court documents that the investigations were a “pretext to discredit.” كريجير يؤكد في وثائق المحكمه ان التحقيقات التي كانت "ذريعة لتشويه سمعة".
Krieger maintains that his client is being further punished by the agency’s decision prohibiting him from fully regaining his identity. كريجير ان موكله وتجري حاليا زيادة يعاقب عليه قرار الوكالة التي تحظر تماما له من استعادة هويته. “He is not even allowed to attend court hearings about his own case,” Krieger said. واضاف سترو "انه لا يسمح حتى لحضور جلسات المحكمه عن حالته ،" قال كريجير.
CIA spokesman Paul Gimigliano declined to comment on the specifics of the case but flatly rejected the allegation that the agency had suppressed reports. وصرح الناطق باسم وكالة المخابرات المركزية بول gimigliano ورفض التعليق على تفاصيل القضية ولكنها رفضت بشكل قاطع ان الادعاء بأن الوكالة كانت قد قمعت التقارير. “It would be wrong to suggest that agency managers direct their officers to falsify the intelligence they collect or to suppress it for political reasons,” he said. Repeatedly they (washingtonpost) allege that Iran “stopped their nuclear bomb making in 2003″ …. مرارا وتكرارا انهم (washingtonpost) وتزعم ان ايران "من وقف صنع قنبلة نوويه فى عام 2003"…. that statement says that before 2003 they had a bomb program, yet no proof has ever been presented or found to that claim. يقول البيان ان هذا قبل عام 2003 كانت قنبلة البرنامج ، حتى الآن أي دليل من أي وقت مضى لتقديم البيانات او عدم العثور على تلك المطالبة.
