Every person in every state who does not want to be in the NAIS database should contact their state coordinator to determine whether they have been registered, and if so, request immediate removal. كل شخص في كل دولة من لا يريد ان يكون في قاعدة بيانات تريد ان الاتصال دولتهم المنسق لتحديد ما اذا كانت مسجلة ، واذا كان الامر كذلك ، طلب الازاله الفوريه. This procedure could reduce the total number of registered premises significantly. هذا الاجراء يمكن ان يخفض اجمالي عدد المسجلين مباني كبيرة.
While USDA continues to claim that the program is “voluntary,” producers and other animal owners are not at all convinced that the program will remain voluntary. في حين ان وزارة الزراعة لا تزال تدعي ان البرنامج هو "الطوعيه" وغيرها من المنتجين اصحاب الحيوانات ليست على الاطلاق واقتناعا منها بان البرنامج سوف تظل طوعيه. The USDA has already demonstrated its willingness to coerce “voluntary” participation by encouraging organizations to limit participation or services for people who are not registered in the NAIS database. فان وزارة الزراعة واظهرت بالفعل استعدادها لاكراه "طوعا" عن طريق تشجيع مشاركة المنظمات حصر المشاركة او الخدمات للناس الذين ليسوا مسجلين في قاعدة بيانات تريد.

The more people who learn about the government attempting to inventory and track the movements of every livestock animal in the country, the greater the possibility of stopping the program. ان زيادة عدد الاشخاص الذين تعرف الحكومة تحاول حصر وتتبع تحركات كل من الحيوان والثروة الحيوانيه في البلاد ، وكلما زاد احتمال وقف البرنامج. Opponents are convinced that the program would do nothing to prevent a disease outbreak, whether natural or induced, nor could it actually improve the remedy process. معارضو مقتنعون ان هذا البرنامج من شانه ان يفعل شيئا للحيلولة دون تفشى المرض ، سواء كانت طبيعية او من فعل ، ولا يمكن أن يطرأ عليه تحسن حقيقي في عملية العلاج. It would just be another massive government bureaucracy to monitor every livestock owner and force them to pay the cost of Big Brother’s ever-seeing eye. انها مجرد ان الحكومة بيروقراطيه ضخمة أخرى لرصد كل صاحب الماشيه وارغامهم على دفع تكلفة الاخ الاكبر باستمرار رؤية العين.
