Es inverosímil que harán los ciudadanos BRITÁNICOS para conseguir una tarjeta de la identificación por' varios años' un ministro dicho.
Liam Byrne ha dicho en el programa de hoy que el esquema voluntario, que entrará en la fuerza en 2009, necesita hora “de funcionar en”. Former Home Secretary David Blunkett, who introduced the initial identity card bill, said the scheme would not work unless everyone had to have a card.
“In my opinion, without it being mandatory, there is little point in doing it,” he said.
