اهتمامات ينموون على يتطفّل حراسة

يأتي الكشف وسط ينمو اهتمامات حول الإستعمال من متينة مراقبات قوى بمئات من مجالس محلّية وأخرى سلطات إلى مدربة دقيقة شارع جريمة, [بوأت-وونرس] يتّهم من صيد سمك غير شرعيّ, وحتّى والد يشكّ من يكذب حول عناوينهم أن يحصل أطفالهم داخل مدارس جيّدة.
التحقيقيّة قوى قال محكمة [ث فيننسل تيمس] هو كان قد ساعد فقط واحدة شكوى حول [أونورّنتد] رسميّة يتجسّس بما أنّ هو كان ثبتت فوق في أكتوبر - تشرين الأوّل 2000. حتّى ديسمبر - كانون الأوّل 2006 كان هو قد عالج مع 554 حالات, رقم أنّ يكون مرجّحة أن يتلقّى ارتفعت ب على الأقلّ 100 [سنس ثن].
عزلة يقول مناضلات المحكمة نفور أن يدعم شكاوي إشارة أنّ هناك [توو فو] وقايات ضدّ حالة سوء استعمال من [بروأد-رنجنغ] مراقبات قانون يحضر داخل بالحكومة.
قال سيمون [دفيس], مديرة العزلة دوليّة, [برسّور غرووب], افتقار من يموّل عنى المحكمة تلقّى أبدا "أنتج يجد أنّ من أيّ قيمة إلى أيّ شخص ماذا".
"يعاني كلّ من هذا أجسام أنّ يعلن سهو عمل من ال نفسه عرض: توقّعت هم كان أبدا أن يتمّ أيّ شيء حركيّة."
قد حذّر ريتشارد توماس, المعلومة مندوبة, أنّ بريطانيا [سليبولكد] داخل "مراقبات مجتمعة" دون كثير مناقشة حول ماذا قد حدث. وفقا ل سيد توماس, يتلقّى كلّ شخص صورتهم على قبض على معدل 300 أوقات [ا] يوم ب [كلوسد-سركيت تلفيسون كمرا], بينما سيارة [نومبر بلت] قارئات يكون تنبّأت أن يأخذ [50م] صور يوم هذا سنة.
عرفت تقريبا لاشيء حول المراقبات شكاوي أنّ يأتي قبل التحقيقيّة قوى محكمة, بما أنّ هو لا يجعل ه قرارات جمهور ولا يقول مدعيات فاشلة لما إدعاءاتهم كان رفضت. حتّى جعل ال يحكم [إين ث كس وف] الناجحة إدعاء أثر سرّيّة.
رغم أنّ المحكمة قال كان هو قد جعل ستّة أحكام أنّ كنت نشرت لأنّ هم عالجوا مع نقطات مهمّة قانون, إلاّ أنّ واحدة من هذا - [دت بك] إلى 2006 - يتوفّر على الموقعة [س فر]. David Payne, tribunal secretary, said “resource problems” at the tribunal meant it had not yet had time to post the others, although it would do so in due course.
The tribunal monitors the use of the 2000 Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act, which gives almost 800 agencies – including the country’s 474 local councils – powers to conduct surveillance and access communication records, as well as giving a more limited number of authorities, including the security services and the Scottish Executive, the right to intercept telephone and e-mail traffic.
The diverse areas in which “necessary” and “proportionate” surveillance is permitted under the act include tax collecting, protecting public health and safeguarding “the interests of the economic well-being of the UK”.
A local authority in Poole, Dorset, has come under fire in the past few weeks for its vigorous use of snooping powers, including to work out the school catchment area a family lived in and to identify the people responsible for repeatedly damaging an apartment door entry system.
