The US proposals arrived in the Russian Foreign ministry on Wednesday, Interfax news agency quoted an unnamed diplomatic source as saying. مقترحات الولايات المتحدة وصلت في وزارة الخارجية الروسية يوم الأربعاء ، نقلت وكالة انترفاكس عن مصدر دبلوماسي لم تذكر اسمه قوله. “They are being studied now,” the source was quoted as saying by Interfax. واضاف "انهم قيد الدرس الآن ،" ونقلت عن المصدر قوله انترفاكس.
