One of Gordon Brown’s new ministers has said the UK and the United States would no longer be “joined at the hip” on foreign policy. Lord Mark Malloch Brown told the Daily Telegraph it was time for a more “impartial” foreign policy and to build relationships with European leaders. واحد من غوردون براون وزيرا جديدا قد قال فى المملكه المتحدة والولايات المتحدة لن تكون "انضم في الورك" على السياسة الخارجية. اللورد مارك مالوك براون اخبر الديلى تيليجراف ان الوقت قد حان لمزيد من "محايد" والسياسة الخارجية لبناء علاقات مع الزعماء الاوروبيين.

Some analysts may consider the Foreign Office minister’s remarks evidence of Labour distancing itself from the US. بعض المحللين قد تنظر في مكتب وزير الخارجية ملاحظات ادلة العمل ينأى بنفسه عن الولايات المتحدة.

Earlier, Downing Street denied another minister had criticised the US. فى وقت سابق ، ونفى اسقاط الشارع وكان وزير آخر انتقدت الولايات المتحدة.

International Development Secretary Douglas Alexander warned in a speech against unilateralism and called for an “internationalist approach” to global problems. تنمية الدولية الأمين دوغلاس الكسندر حذر في كلمة ضد الاحاديه ودعا الى وضع "المؤمن بالدوليه النهج" للمشاكل العالمية.

Lord Malloch Brown’s newspaper interview was his first since being appointed Foreign Office minister. اللورد مالوك براون صحيفة وكانت المقابلة هي الاولى له منذ توليه المنصب لمكتب وزير الخارجية.

He used to be deputy secretary general at the United Nations and is a known critic of the Iraq war. وقال انه جرت العادة على ان نائب الامين العام في الامم المتحدة ، والناقد هو معروف من حرب العراق.

“It is very unlikely that the Brown-Bush relationship is going to go through the baptism of fire and therefore be joined together at the hip like the Blair-Bush relationship was,” he was reported as saying. He went on to speak of forging new links with French President Nicolas Sarkozy and German Chancellor Angela Merkel, as well as with leaders in India and China. واضاف ان الحديث عن اقامة صلات جديدة مع الرئيس الفرنسي نيكولا ساركوزي والمستشار الالماني انجيلا ميركل ، وكذلك مع القادة في الهند والصين.

“You need to build coalitions that are lateral, which go beyond the bilateral blinkers of the normal partners,” he added. "انت بحاجة الى بناء ائتلافات التي الجانبي ، والتي تتجاوز الثنائية الغمائم من الشركاء العاديه ، واضاف ان".

His remarks come the day after Mr Alexander was accused of “coded criticism” of the policies of President George W Bush in a speech he made in the US. ملاحظاته يأتي غداة السيد الكسندر فقد اتهمت "مرمزه الانتقاد" للسياسات الرئيس جورج دبليو بوش فى خطاب ادلى به فى الولايات المتحدة.

When asked if his comments amounted to criticising the US, Gordon Brown’s spokesman said that view “was not shared” by the PM. وعندما سئل عما اذا كان تعليقاته بلغت criticising الامريكى ، غوردون براون وذكر المتحدث انه نظرا "ليست مشتركة" من جانب الساعة.

Mr Brown, himself, told BBC Radio Five Live that he would continue to work, as Tony Blair did, “very closely with the American administration”. السيد براون ، نفسه ، وقال لهيئة الاذاعة البريطانية خمسة يعيشون انه سيواصل العمل ، كما فعل توني بلير ، "وثيقة للغاية مع الادارة الاميركية".
