The United States feigns concerns for the human rights across the world, but destroys countries and kills their men, women and children, says Professor Dennis Etler, an American political analyst who has a decades-long interest in international affairs.
Etler, a professor of Anthropology at Cabrillo College in Aptos, California, made the remarks in an interview with Press TV on Monday while commenting on a statement by Marine General Joseph Dunford, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
The top US military officer raised the possibility of a military confrontation with North Korea over its nuclear program, which he described as “our No. 1 challenge,” during a security conference on Saturday.
“As I’ve told my counterparts, both friend and foe, it is not unimaginable to have military options to respond to North Korean nuclear capability,” Dunford said.
