US President Donald Trump is erroneously linking the US exit from the Iran nuclear deal to the country’s military budget.
Trump who withdrew from the international deal recently said in tweet on Saturday that it was just a “big lie.”
The president tacitly censured “the Obama,” former US President Barrack Obama, who was in office during the negotiations involving Tehran, the UK, Russia, Germany, China and France.
“Iran’s Military Budget is up more than 40% since the Obama negotiated Nuclear Deal was reached…just another indicator that it was all a big lie. But not anymore,” claimed the hawkish US president.
Trump’s tweet followed his Tuesday declaration that the US was exiting the agreement, known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).
