The latest developments concerning the emails related to US Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton is just another part of the American “electoral circus” and is likely to be used to her advantage at the end, says an American political analyst.
John Steppling, an author and commentator based in Norway, made the remarks while discussing the FBI’s reopening of an investigation to Clinton’s emails.
FBI Director James Comey told Congress on Friday that the FBI was reopening the investigation after finding new emails related to the case.
Earlier this year, the Democratic nominee was cleared of all charges related to her possible mishandling of classified information, after undergoing a long-running federal investigation over her use of a private email server to exchanging thousands of emails during her tenure as secretary of state between 2009 and 2013.
