231 Killed in Iraq, including Schoolchildren
At least 231 were killed and 11 were wounded in
recent violence that included a bombing near a school in northern Iraq.
Ten security
personnel were killed and 30 were wounded in triple suicide attack in Baiji.
At least 18
militants were killed in other violence.
In Kirkuk, six
Peshmerga were killed and 32 were wounded in Monday’s clashes.
A bombing near a school in Tuz left four
dead and 10 wounded. Most of the victims were children.
In Fatha, clashes left one
security member dead and nine injured. They killed
about 36 militants.
