Court: If Violating Your Privacy Helps The Police, It’s Not Violating Your Privacy

A court has ruled that the owner of a prepaid phone effectively has no 4th amendment rights. It probably doesn’t apply to all prepaid phone users, just the ones who are suspected of being drug runners. Phew.
