Following a ban ruthlessly enforced by the Taliban opium cultivation declined to 8,000 hectares in the following year, according to the same reporting agency. وبعد فرض حظر رحمة بحالات الاختفاء القسري من جانب طالبان على زراعة الافيون انخفضت الى 8000 هكتار في السنة التالية ، وفقا لنفس التقارير للوكاله.
