I have learned recently that Mike Ruppert was taken seriously ill in Venezuela and is now recuperating in Canada. لقد علمت مؤخرا ان مايك روبيرت وقد اخذ المصابون بامراض خطيرة في فنزويلا والآن التعافي في كندا. It’s very sad to hear of Mike’s predicament and wish him a full and speedy recovery. ومن المؤسف جدا ان نسمع من مايك محنة ونتمنى له الشفاء العاجل والكامل. I suspect that Mike has for some time now realised that he is caught up in a web of intrigue which goes far beyond anything he ever dreamed of when he ’signed up’ to poularise the myth of Peak Oil. واظن ان مايك لبعض الوقت الآن ادرك انه المحصورين في شبكة من آثاره التي تتجاوز بكثير أي شيء على الاطلاق وقال انه كان يحلم به عندما قال انه 'توقيع يصل' الى poularise اسطوره ذروه النفط.

‘Crossing the Rubicon’ is a critical part of the official mythology. 'عبور Rubicon' هو جزء حاسم من الأساطير الرسمية.

I have good reason to suspect the hand of John M. Deutch behind Mike Ruppert’s transition from pioneer of 9/11 Truth to purveyor of Peak Oil mythology. عندي سبب وجيه للاشتباه في يد جون دويتش م خلف مايك روبيرت انتقال من الرواد من 9 / 11 الى الحقيقة الممون ذروه النفط الاساطير. However, his personal financial profit from Raytheon pales into insignificance when compared with the five fold increase in the stock price of Schlumberger, where he has been on the board of directors since 1997 (the year before I left Schlumberger after 19 years; the last three and a half years being based in the NeoCon capital, Houston Texas). ولكن ، على التزامه الشخصي الربح المالي من رايثيون الحضاءر الى التفاهه عند مقارنتها مع خمسة اضعاف الزياده في اسعار الاسهم من شركة شلمبرجير ، حيث كان على مجلس الادارة منذ عام 1997 (السنة قبل ان اغادر شلمبرجير بعد 19 عاما ؛ الثلاثة الماضية سنوات ونصف السنة استناده في neocon رأس المال ، هيوستن تكساس).

The price of oil in 1999 bottomed at $9.81 per barrel; a figure that was considered to be far too low to sustain an appropriate level of investment in the industry. أسعار النفط في عام 1999 في أدنى 9،81 دولار للبرميل الواحد ؛ الرقم ان ينظر اليها على انها منخفضه جدا لادامة مستوى مناسب من الاستثمار في هذه الصناعة. This would not only have a serious negative effect on the oil industry but would also be detrimental to the flow of the US$ in the international financial markets; thereby reducing the ability of major oil producing countries to purchase US goods & services. وهذا لن يكون له اثر سلبى خطير على صناعة النفط ولكن من شأنه ايضا ان يكون له اثر سلبي على تدفق من دولار امريكى فى الاسواق المالية الدولية ؛ مما يؤدي الى الحد من قدرة البلدان الرئيسية المنتجة للنفط لشراء السلع والخدمات الاميركية. With the Clinton/Gore regime showing little enthusiasm for addressing these issues, the Neo-Cons saw the window of opportunity to change the political landscape with the forthcoming (2000) presidential election. مع كلينتون / غور النظام تظهر حماسا يذكر لمعالجة هذه القضايا ، النيو - cons شهد فرصة لتغيير المشهد السياسي مع المقبلة (2000) في الانتخابات الرءاسيه. Once in office, Dick Cheney commissioned a report on behalf of his oilfield buddies (Cheney was CEO of Halliburton from 1995 until being elected/appointed vice-President in 2000) titled, ‘Strategic Energy Policy Challenges for the 21st Century’ . مرة واحدة في المكتب ، ديك تشينى تكليفا باعداد تقرير نيابة عن صاحب حقول النفط اصدقاء (كان تشيني الرئيس التنفيذي لهاليبرتون من 1995 حتى يجري انتخابهم / عين نائبا للرئيس في 2000) تحت عنوان 'سياسات الطاقة والتحديات الاستراتيجيه للقرن الحادي والعشرين'. The report was supposedly produced by ‘An independent Task Force, sponsored by the James A. Consequently, it was essential that the American public were initiated into the theory of ‘Peak Oil’ as rapidly as possible. وبالتالي ، فانه لا بد من ان الرأى العام الامريكى بدأ فى نظرية 'الذروة النفطية' فى اسرع وقت ممكن. Only Mike Ruppert knows the detail of the circumstances which lead to his infamous interview with Matthew Simmons on August 18th, 2003. الا مايك روبيرت يعرف تفاصيل الظروف التي تؤدي الى صاحب الشائن مقابلة مع ماثيو سيمونز الثامن عشر من آب / اغسطس ، 2003. The reality is that this date was the turning point for Mike Ruppert; by early 2004 Mike had turned his attentions away from exposing the fraud of 9/11, focusing instead on promoting and popularising the theory of ‘Peak Oil’. والواقع هو ان هذا التاريخ كان نقطة تحول بالنسبة لمايك روبيرت ؛ مايك بحلول اوائل عام 2004 قد حولت الانتباه له بعيدا عن تعريض الغش من 9 / 11 ، والتركيز بدلا من ذلك على تعزيز وpopularising نظرية 'ذروه النفط'. The subliminal message being that even if the events of 9/11 don’t stand up to scrutiny and the attack on Iraq had been somewhat less than legitimate, these events were a necessity if we (the gas guzzling USA) are to retain our oil dependent life-style … ‘cos ultimately, we the (USA) come first; although the gentlemen of AIPAC & the ADL might have other priorities … but more on that particular issue another time! فإن الرسالة التي لا شعوري انه حتى لو ان احداث 9 / 11 لا تصمد امام التمحيص والهجوم على العراق قد تم الى حد ما أقل من الشرعية ، وكانت هذه الاحداث ضرورة اذا كنا (الغاز الكرع الولايات المتحدة) هي الابقاء على نفطنا تعتمد اسلوب الحياة… 'جتا نهاية المطاف ، ونحن (الولايات المتحدة) تأتي أولا ؛ على الرغم من السادة" ايباك "& فان الذاتي قد أولويات أخرى… ولكن اكثر على هذه المساله بالذات وقت آخر!

Deutch, a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, is a serious playmaker; a talent that Euan Baird, Andrew Gould’s predecessor as CEO of Schlumberger, would have been well aware of in selecting him to serve as a non-executive Director, despite the fact that there was a serious cloud over the legality of his activities and behaviour while head of the CIA, thanks largely to the tenacious investigative work of a guy by the name of … Mike Ruppert. It was reported that Mike Ruppert, single-handedly, cost CIA Director John Deutch his guaranteed appointment as Secretary of Defense after confronting him at Locke High School with hard facts about CIA drug-dealing (President Clinton pardoned Deutch on his last day in office). دويتش ، وهو عضو في مجلس العلاقات الخارجية ، امر خطير playmaker ؛ أ المواهب التي euan بيرد ، اندرو غوولد سلف كمدير تنفيذي للشركة شلمبرجير ، لقد كان يدرك جيدا في اختيار له ليكون بمثابة مديرة غير تنفيذية ، وبالرغم من حقيقة انه كان هناك سحابة خطيرة على مدى مشروعية انشطته والسلوك بينما رئيس وكالة المخابرات المركزية ، ويعزى ذلك الى حد كبير الى عنيد اعمال التحقيق من جانب الرجل اسم مايك روبيرت…. أفيد بأن مايك روبيرت ، وحيد - بتوازن ، تكلفة مدير وكالة المخابرات المركزية جون دويتش المكفوله له بتعيينه وزير الدفاع بعد مواجهة له في المدرسة الثانويه مع لوك بجد حقائق عن المخدرات وكالة المخابرات المركزية - التعامل (الرئيس كلينتون عفوا دويتش على يومه الاخير في المكتب). Based upon the circles in which they move, it is unthinkable that Deutch and Simmons (also a member of the CFR), would not have crossed each others paths on numerous occasions but if any confirmation were needed that these two major players have had considerable direct contact, look no further than an organisation called ‘Resources for the Future’ , where both Deutch and Simmons serve as Board Members! واستنادا الى الاوساط التي تتحرك ، ومن غير المتصور ان دويتش وسيمونز (عضو ايضا من نسبة الوفاه بين الحالات) ، لن عبروا كل مسارات اخرى في مناسبات عديدة ولكن اي اذا كانت هناك حاجة الى ان هذين اللاعبين الرئيسيين انهم قد المباشر الاتصال ، لا ننظر الى ابعد من منظمة تسمى 'موارد للمستقبل' ، واذا كان كل من دويتش سيمونز بمثابة اعضاء المجلس! Deutch’s membership the CFR, his previous membership of the intelligence community, coupled with his Phi Beta Kappa connections, would have been more than enough to ‘arrange’ for the highest profile 9/11 antagonist, to become the populariser of Peak Oil, either wittingly or otherwise! دويتش عضوية فان نسبة الوفاه بين الحالات ، تقريره السابق عضوية مجتمع الاستخبارات ، مقرونا بلدة فاي بيتا كابا صلات ، لكان ذلك اكثر من كاف ل'ترتيب' لأعلى صوره 9 / 11 الخصم ، ليصبح populariser ذروه النفط ، اما عمدا او خلاف ذلك!

As an aside, it is interesting to note that Deutch was invited to be the Phi Beta Kappa orator at Harvard in June 2005, delivering a speech to recent PBK graduates during which he questioned the wisdom of retaining US forces in Iraq. بوصفها جانبا ، والمثير للاهتمام ان نلاحظ ان دويتش دعي ليكون فاي بيتا كابا الخطيب في جامعة هارفارد في حزيران / يونية 2005 ، على ايصال كلمة الى الخريجين الاخيرة pbk خلالها تساءل عن الحكمة من الابقاء على القوات الاميركية في العراق. Co-incidentally, this speech was delivered exactly one month prior to the London bombings. المشارك بالمناسبه ، والقى كلمة هذا بالضبط قبل شهر واحد على تفجيرات لندن. In 2006, Deutch then chaired the Independent Task Force established by the Council on Foreign Relations to produce the report on ‘National Security Consequences of US Oil Dependency’ , a role in which he was able to bring fellow Schlumberger Board Member Linda G. All that said, I do not advocate a continuation of ninety million barrel per day consumption … but who do you think owns all the patents on alternative energy? وقال ان جميع ، وانا لا ندعو الى استمرار تسعين مليون برميل يوميا استهلاك… ولكن هل تعتقد ان من يملك جميع براءات الاختراع على الطاقة البديله؟ The oil & gas industry has much to answer for but by touting and perpetuating the myth of peak oil, my ex-colleagues in the oil industry are laughing all the way to the bank, cashing in stock options that lay moribund for almost twenty years but have in the past three years, provided them with access to wealth beyond their wildest imagination. فان صناعة النفط والغاز لديها الكثير ولكن للاجابة عن طريق البيع وادامة اسطوره الذروة النفطية ، بلادي الزملاء السابقين في صناعة النفط هي الضحك كل الطريق الى البنك ، وصرف فى خيارات الاسهم التى تكمن في سبات طيلة ما يقرب من عشرين عاما ولكن فقد في السنوات الثلاث الماضية ، وقدمت لهم الوصول الى الثروة خارجة عن ارادتهم الاكثر وحشية الخيال. Just take a look at the obscene profitability reported by all the major oil companies since 2003. مجرد القاء نظرة على الارباح الفاحشه التى أبلغ عنها جميع الشركات النفطية الكبرى منذ عام 2003. If any of the big boys seriously believed in Peak Oil they would be investing at much higher levels in new seismic exploration, new drilling techniques, reservoir management and stimulation processes, as well as the construction of new drilling rigs. اذا كان اي من الاولاد بجدية كبيرة في ذروه النفط ويعتقد انها سوف تستثمر فى مستويات اعلى بكثير في الاستكشاف السيزمي جديدة ، وتقنيات الحفر الجديدة ، وادارة المكامن وتحفيز العمليات ، فضلا عن تشييد جديدة الحفارات. In fact, they could easily double or even treble the current level of investment and still report record profitability. في الحقيقة ، يمكنها بسهولة ان ضعف او حتى ثلاثة اضعاف المستوى الحالي للاستثمار وسجل التقرير ما زال الربحيه. Why don’t they do it? لماذا لا تفعله؟ Because the theory of Peak Oil has no traction within the industry. لأن نظرية ذروه النفط ليس له الجر داخل الصناعة. Why don’t they argue against it? لماذا لا يقولون ضدها؟ Would you, when you are reaping the phenomenal benefits in ‘Shareholder Value’? سيكون لك ، عندما أنت جني منافع هاءله في 'قيمة الاسهم'؟

Schlumberger and Halliburton, the two major global oilfield services companies, come closest to declaring their interest in perpetuating the Peak Oil mythology by sponsoring Colin Campbell’s Association for the Study of Peak Oil (ASPO); not to be confused with an ASBO … although some might see some synergy between the two! شلمبرجير وهاليبرتون ، الرئيسيتين شركات خدمات النفط العالمية ، تأتي الاقرب الى اعلان مصلحتها في ذروه النفط إدامة الاساطير من خلال رعايه كولن كامبل رابطة دراسة ذروه النفط (aspo) ؛ ولا يجب الخلط بينه واحد… ورغم asbo البعض قد نرى بعض التآزر بين اثنين!

Meanwhile, Matthew Simmons & John Deutch make out like bandits, thanks primarily to the success in getting Mike Ruppert to take up the cause and popularise a theory that would have been far more difficult to implant in the wider consciousness, without his participation. وفي غضون ذلك ، ماثيو سيمونز & جون دويتش الادلاء بها مثل اللصوص ، وبفضل بالدرجه الاولى الى النجاح في الحصول على مايك روبيرت بتناول قضية وتعميم نظرية كان من الممكن ان تصبح اكثر صعوبة بكثير لزرع في وعي اوسع ، ودون مشاركته. Mike’s reward is poor health and life on the run. مايك هو مكافاه للفقراء الصحة والحياة على الفرار.

I have this vision of John Deutch, wearing a wry smile as he monitors the SLB stock price while thumbing through his copy of ‘Crossing the Rubicon’, saying to himself, “Thanks Mike, you owed me.” عندي هذه الرءيه من جون دويتش ، يرتدي ممتعض الابتسامه كما انه يرصد slb اسعار الاسهم في حين تقليب الصفحات من خلال علاقاته نسخة من 'عبور Rubicon' ، وقال لنفسه ، "بفضل مايك ، كنت المستحقة لى."
