[أوك] يرشو محاولات إلى تخريب [ب] تحقيق

حاولت أن يطيح [لغل إكسبرت] [هدينغ] أوروبيّة فساد تحقيق دايفيد [لي] وربة [إفنس] يحاول ال [أوك] سرّا أن يطيح الرأس من العالم رئيسيّة [أنتي-بريبري] حراسة أن يمنع نقد الوزيرات وبريطانيا كبيرة [أرمس] شركة, [ب], الحارسة قد علم. يأتي الجهد أن يزيل علامة [بيث] بما أنّ منظمته قد ازداد تحقيقه داخل البريطانيّة حكومة قرار أن يقتل من تحقيق كبريات داخل ادّعاءات أنّ [ب] دفع رشى ضخمة أن يهبط سعوديّة [أرمس] صفقات. يبحث داخلات بريطانيّة أن يزيل أستاذة [بيث], [لغل إكسبرت] سويسريّة الذي يترأّس ال [أنتي-كرّوبأيشن] حراسة من المنظمة لاقتصاديّة تعاون وتطوير ([أكد]), يدّعي هو أيضا صريحة. في ال [أكد] اجتماع في باريس شهر متأخّرة, حاول مسؤولات بريطانيّة أن يتوقّف [بروف] [بيث] يخاطب مؤتمر صحفيّ في أيّ هو أعلن وكالته كان أن يوصل تحقيق رسميّة داخل الحكومة قرار أن ينهي ال [ب] تحقيق. لخّص هم بعد ذلك سرّا أخرى داخلات يتضمّن مع ال [أكد], [سينغ] هو سوفت كنت أزلت. عندما استمرّ أنّ [فيلد], الحملة ضدّ ه [أونبتد] مع بعيد [بك-شنّل] شكاوي. غير أنّ صفّى اهتمام حول التصرّف إداريّ من الداخلات بريطانيّة [بك تو] [بروف] [بيث], الذي أكّد بالأمس أنّ هو كان مدركة من المحاولات أن يزيله. "أنا مدركة أنّ سأل السفيرة بريطانيّة كان [أت ث تيم] لعمل أن يكون أخذت ضدّ ي," هو قال. رفض [بروف] [بيث] أن يفيض, غير أنّ هو فهمت أن يكون سرّا غاضبة في الطريق هو يتلقّى يكون [بد-مووثد]. أضاف مصدر في ال [أكد]: "ال [أوك] أرسلت ممثلات كان إلى باريس أن يخصي ال [حراسة] وضمنت هم لم يقل أيّ شيء علنا. هم [فيلد] و [ب] لم مسرورة. هم تصرّفوا [إين ا منّر] أنّ لم كان قد [ب] من مكان في [بوإكسينغ رينغ]." في أسابيع أخيرة قد طلب ال [أوك] أنّ [أكد] مسؤولات سوفت كنت منعت من يجعل أيّ بيانات مقبلة حول ال [ب] حالة بينما التحقيق يكون جارية. غير أنّ قد ضرب الطلب قرميد جدار. [أكد] مصدر يقال: "لا يتلقّى الالبريطانيوّن دعم من أيّ شخص وإلّا على هذا." ال [ديركتور-جنرل] من ال [أكد], ملاكة [غرّ]? يصدق [ا], أيضا ال [أوك] مشجّع لطخة حملة ضدّ ه. Last Friday he was accused in a British magazine of giving a job to his daughter, getting free football tickets, and spending ?733,000 (?500,000) to refurbish his Paris flat in what was described as “the poshest bit of the swanky 16th arrondissement”. The article in the Economist quoted an unnamed north European ambassador expressing fears that “the staid old body [OECD] … may drift into dangerous waters” under Mr Gurr?a, the former finance minister of Mexico. Following the allegations, Mr Gurr?a issued a combative statement, saying that he was under UK media attack by “innuendo, gossip and partial truths”. “It is no surprise that this attack occurs at this time,” he added. Britain’s ambassador to the OECD, David Lyscom, admitted yesterday that he had talked off the record to the Economist but added: “The UK had absolutely nothing to do with planting the story.” The UK partly controls OECD purse-strings, and also has the power to veto Prof Pieth’s reappointment, due next January. Sensitivity over the OECD inquiry has become more acute since its 36-strong panel announced last month detailed plans to mount a fresh official inspection of Britain because of the manner in which the BAE inquiry had been halted. It also rebuked the UK for failing to keep its promises to modernise its inadequate corruption laws, under which no one has yet been prosecuted. The UK also faces a legal challenge in London. Two campaign groups, the anti-corruption group The Cornerhouse and the Campaign Against the Arms Trade, filed detailed pleadings last week alleging that Britain had broken the treaty banning corrupt payments by companies to foreign politicians and officials.
