Iranâ„¢s three documentaries are slated to be showcased at the2013 International Festival of Tourist, Ecology, Sports and Culinary Films – MEFEST in Serbia.
Saeid Nabiâ„¢s Anzali Pond, Ali Shahabiâ„¢s Nesal and Mostafa Shabanâ„¢s Wonders of Desert will be screened at this yearâ„¢s Serbian festival held in the town of Brus.
Produced by the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB), all documentaries feature some ecological sites in Iran.
Established in 1993, the festival presents varied programs, reliable aesthetics and social orientation.
The participated films in MEFEST are required to be on tourism, ecology, sport and culinary.
The 2013 MEFEST is scheduled to be held from July 11 to 14.
