Kelly is a long-time political/social/anti-war activist and coordinator of Voices for Creative Nonviolence (VCNV). In 1996, she helped establish Voices in the Wilderness to end the repressive US/UN Iraq sanctions.
VCNV is a dedicated resistance campaign against imperial wars, violence, and the “war on terror,” abroad and at home.
It’s upcoming initiatives will be discussed.
Saturday, August 3 at noon US Central time: Rodney Shakespeare
Shakespeare is a Professor of Binary Economics at Trisakti University, Britain where he teaches postgraduate Islamic Economics and Finance.
He’s also a qualified UK Barrister, co-founder of the Global Justice Movement, and distinguished writer, scholar and lecturer, particularly at Islamic conferences on money, the real economy, and social and economic justice.
Major world and national issues will be discussed.
Sunday, August 4 at noon US Central time: Larry Pinkney
Pinkney’s a dedicated activist. He’s a former political prisoner. He’s a Black Panther Party veteran. He formerly served as Republic of New Africa Minister of Interior.
Currently he’s an editorial board member of The Black Commentator.
Major world and national issues will be discussed.
