“The detainee was found unresponsive and not breathing in his cell by guards. "المحتجز وجد غير مستجيب ، وليس في التنفس في زنزانته على ايدي الحراس. The detainee was pronounced dead by a physician after all lifesaving measures had been exhausted,” the US Southern Command in Miami said in a statement. المحتجز صدر الميت بواسطة طبيب بعد انقاذ جميع التدابير قد استنفدت ، "القيادة الجنوبيه الامريكية فى ميامى فى تصريح صحافي.
The military did not indicate how the prisoner died. العسكرية لم يبين كيف ان السجين توفي.
He is the fourth detainee to die of apparent suicide at the detention camp, which opened in January 2002 and holds about 380 foreign terrorist suspects on the US naval base in southeastern Cuba. وهو محتجز الرابع ليموت من الواضح الانتحار في معسكر الاعتقال ، والذي افتتح في كانون الثاني / يناير 2002 ويحمل حوالى 380 اجنبي المشتبه في تورطهم في الارهاب على القاعده البحرية الامريكية فى جنوب شرق كوبا.

The latest death of a prisoner comes eight days after a new commander took over the military task force that runs the controversial five-year-old detention centre. احدث وفاة السجين يأتي بعد ثمانيه ايام من قائد جديد تسلمت فرقة العمل العسكري الذي يدير أمور خلافيه عمرها خمس سنوات مركز الاحتجاز.

It opened the prison camp shortly after the September 11 attacks that killed 3000 people in New York in 2001, and says the prison is needed to prevent dangerous al-Qaeda and Taliban fighters from returning to the battlefield, and to extract information that could help prevent future attacks. فقد فتح معسكر السجن بعد فترة وجيزة من هجمات 11 سبتمبر التى راح ضحيتها 3000 شخص في نيويورك في عام 2001 ، ويقول ان هناك حاجة الى سجن يحول دون تدخل خطير من القاعده ومقاتلي حركة طالبان من العودة الى ساحة القتال ، وانتزاع المعلومات التي يمكن ان تساعد على منع هجمات في المستقبل.
Human rights activists, who have long urged Washington to close the Guantanamo prison operation, denounced the earlier deaths as a sign of desolation while the US military characterised them as acts of “asymmetrical warfare” in the war on terrorism. ناشطون في مجال حقوق الانسان ، الذين طالما حثت واشنطن لاغلاق سجن غوانتانامو العملية ، وندد في وقت سابق وفاة كدليل على الخراب بينما تتميز العسكرية الاميركية لها بانها اعمال "الحرب غير المتماثله" في الحرب على الارهاب.
A military tribunal was scheduled to convene on Monday at Guantanamo to arraign two prisoners on war crimes. محكمة عسكرية كان من المقرر ان تعقد يوم الاثنين في غوانتانامو الى استدع سجينين على جرائم الحرب. The earlier suicides also occurred days before a war crimes tribunal was to convene. وقد وقعت ايضا في وقت سابق من الانتحار يوما امام محكمة جرائم الحرب هو عقد.
