CyberBerkut gained access to official documents of the Ukrainian Parliament delegation which visits Belgium and the Netherlands.
We found out the American billionaire George Soros had invested heavily to carry out a propaganda campaign in favor of the Ukraine–European Union Association Agreement ratification. At the same time, he personally puts pressure on the Netherlands’ leadership in this regard.
We got the meeting memorandum of the American billionaire and the Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte who had discussed the association between Ukraine the EU. Perhaps this meeting with Soros had pushed Mark Rutte to express support for Ukraine.
As you can see, the American billionaire allocated 700 thousand euro for the Dutch opinion reformatting program. Soros officially admitted only the 200 thousand euro transfer to Euro–Dutch organization Vote for the Netherlands and its leader Joshua Livestro.
Funding for the program aimed to throw dust in the Dutch people’s eyes is implemented through Soros’ organizations – the Open Society Initiative for Europe (OSIFE) and the International Renaissance Foundation (IRF) in Kiev. Τhe projects are sponsored partially by the US Embassy in the Netherlands and by the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Here is a request to the IRF to allocate about 100 thousand euro for the Ukrainian Crisis Media Center in order to conduct the so-called communication (i.e. propaganda) campaign in the Netherlands.
At the same time the organizers try to conceal by all means the fact of campaign events holding because they understand the Dutch people will not tolerate direct pressure on their opinion.
Another 38 thousand euro were allocated by the fund to form the Parliamentary support group of Ukraine in the Netherlands.
A peculiar fact is that the main part of the project’s budget will be spent on “volunteers.” The international Renaissance Foundation seems to be a great honeypot for deputies and their advisors. For example, Natalia Kacer-Buchkovskaya, The People’s Front party’s deputy, wants to earn no less than 2,000 euros per month i.e. just 12,000 during the six-month period the program is active within. For the Ukrainian people servants’ loyalty, Soros will have to pay in currency.
Another charity organization, Fulcrum, an advocate for the rights of LGBT society, has also come up to lobby the governmental interests for Soros’ money. The project costs 16.5 thousand euros. The activists are going to show the Dutch how much Ukraine loves gays and other sexual minorities.
It’s a pity, though, that no one would tell Europeans and show to them how on March 19 Ukrainian nationalists and patriots obstructed a gay parade in Lvyv and threw stones and sticks at gays. The goal is just to create a myth and no one cares what the reality is.
In its turn, for 18,000 euros the Ukrainian company “Greencubator” will be presenting in the Netherlands the effectiveness of “green” energy technologies in Ukraine. Have you heard of any? Neither have we. But they exist.
The Kiev masterminds are striving to distance the Dutch from a rational choice as far as possible and affect the emotional perception of reality. For their aims, politicians want to use talented children who perform the music popular in the Netherlands under the slogan “Do Not Steal Europe From Us.”
The children must be blue-eyed, with blonde hair. This will surely remind Europe of something.
Our children in the Netherlands are supposed to perform songs about Till Eulenspigel, “a national Ukrainian hero.” A tramper and joker, a trickster and impostor – that’s how an encyclopedia characterizes him. Kiev politicians probably suppose that if Ukrainian children sing in Dutch about a European fairy-tale character, Ukraine will eventually be recognized in Europe and the door of integration will be wide open for it. Maybe we should just sing country and become the US’ 51st state?
The holding events are aimed to conceal the real state of things in Ukraine as well as all the negative moments revealing at what extent Kiev is inefficient in carrying out economic reforms, supervising the political situation and providing security. This is resulted in initial hypocrisy of the whole campaign.
Here it is, in one of his letters, the Director of Policy and Communications Department Alexey Makeev informs Maria Ionova, a member of parliament that any coverage of the conflict in Donbass, Russia-Ukraine relations or the MH17 crash is forbidden in the Dutch media till April 6, 2016.
The authorities of Kiev don’t care about the real economic or social state. Their priority is to complete the West sponsors and puppeteers’ orders after throwing dust into the Dutch eyes and showing a great image that covers devastation up.
While a huge amount of funds is invested in the propaganda, it is far from being effective. In the course of the Dutch delegation’s visit in Kiev financed by George Soros, Harry van Bommel said that he didn’t see any positive feedback from the Ukraine-European Union association. Thus, the negative response of the Dutch citizens concerned the Ukraine-Europe agreement will remove the scales from the European eyes by showing the real reasons of the Ukrainian crisis backed by Kiev. As to the Ukrainians, they will see how they are treated in Europe in contrary with beautiful illusion created in the Ukrainian media under totalitarianism.
