Ministers must scrap controversial plans aimed at preventing the public obtaining damaging or embarrassing information about the Government and other public bodies, a parliamentary committee says.部长们必须废料争议的计划，旨在防止市民获得损害或尴尬的资料，对于政府及其他公共机构，一个议会委员会说。
