Eye-witnesses state that the biofuels demonstration was peaceful, friendly and party-like atmosphere. شهود عيان ان الوقود الحيوى وكانت المظاهره سلميه وودية والحزب - مثل الغلاف الجوي.

Witnesses also state that the Clowns were friendly and entertaining, creating a comical and amusing ambiance for the protest. الشهود ايضا ان الدولة كانت ودية والمهرجون التسليه ، وايجاد جو هزلي ومسليه للاحتجاج.

Witnesses say that the Clowns gave no grounds for the police to charge them with a breach of the peace. ويقول الشهود ان المهرجون لا تعطي اي اسباب لرجال الشرطة لاتهامهم بارتكاب خرق للسلام.

Police moved in in large numbers, surrounding the Clowns, filmed them, and took them one by one into the back of a police van. انتقل في الشرطة باعداد كبيرة ، المحيطة المهرجون ، صور منها ، واقتادوهم واحدا تلو الاخر الى العودة للشرطة فأن.

They were taken to St Leonards Police Station for questioning, at which point they were charged with a breach of the peace. واقتيدوا الى مركز شرطة شارع leonards لاستجوابهم ، وهي النقطه التي كانت تهمة خرق للسلام.

The protest was part of the biofuels day of action, and took place at the BP garage in the Bruntsfield area of Edinburgh. والاحتجاج كان جزءا من الوقود الحيوى للعمل في اليوم ، وقعت في بي بي bruntsfield محطة بنزين فى منطقة ادنبره.

People who attended the demonstration are shocked and angered by the treatment the Clowns have received from the police. وحضر الناس من تظاهر بالصدمة والغضب من جانب العلاج المهرجون قد تلقى من الشرطة.

This latest move from the police is part of an ongoing campaign of harassing peaceful demonstrators over the last six months. هذا التحرك الاخير من جانب الشرطة هو جزء من حملة مستمرة للتضييق على المتظاهرين المسالمين وعلى مدى الاشهر الستة الماضية. Three environmental campaigners were detained for questioning at 7.30 in the morning last month, including one of the Clowns who were targeted by the police on Tuesday. الحملة البيءيه الثلاثة احتجزوا لاستجوابهم في 7،30 في الصباح الشهر الماضي ، بما فيها واحدة من المهرجون من كانت مستهدفة من قبل الشرطة يوم الثلاثاء.

They are due in court tomorrow, Wed 16th, and the friends and relatives of those arrested will be turning up to support them. وهي نتيجة في المحكمه غدا الأربعاء السادس عشر ، واصدقاء واقارب المعتقلين وسيتم تحويل ما يصل الى دعمها.

Friends and relatives of those Clowns who were arrested urge the media to provide the pictures and videos that will help prove that they have been wrongfully arrested. الأصدقاء والأقارب من تلك المهرجون من القى القبض على حث وسائط الاعلام على تقديم صور واشرطه الفيديو التي تساعد في ان يثبتوا انهم قد اعتقلوا ظلما.
