Second Amendment<\/a> – “A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.<\/em>“<\/span><\/h3>\n

Does anybody doubt that had an armed militia<\/em>, along with Cliven Bundy supporters, not been on the scene in Gold Butte, near Bunkerville Nevada, surrounding government goons that places signs on fencing that declared “First Amendment Area” and threatening Mr. Bundy’s land, property, freedom and livelihood by rounding up (and killing some) his cattle, that things would have “appeared” to end as they did?<\/span><\/h3>\n

 <\/span><\/h3>\n

The Bureau of Land Management agents aka federal government goons and cattle rustlers, seemed to back down<\/a> for “safety” reasons and after another standoff with the militia members that traveled from around the country, with neighbors and Bundy supporters, released Bundy’s cattle.<\/span><\/h3>\n

 <\/span><\/h3>\n

This reminded me of video I watched in January 2013, of an anti-gun town meeting that took place in Glenview, Illinois, where some government, anti-gun rights flack, talking about the Second Amendment, asked “Do we want it? Do we need it now and is it still relevant today?<\/em>“<\/span><\/h3>\n

 <\/span><\/h3>\n

I suggest that man go to Nevada and ask that question to Mr. Cliven Bundy.<\/span><\/h3>\n

 <\/span><\/h3>\n

At that meeting, a war veteran stood up and educated that same idiot, on the reasons the Second Amendment is just as relevant today as it was when the Second Amendment was adopted.<\/span><\/h3>\n

 <\/span><\/h3>\n

He said, and I quote “The threat of tyranny today is no less than the turn of the century in the 1900s or the 1800s, or 1700s.”<\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

According to polling done the same month as this veterans words were said<\/a>, 65% of Americans also said “the purpose of the Second Amendment is to make sure that people are able to protect themselves from tyranny.”<\/span><\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

Watch the video from January 2013, then watch the one below it where the very tyranny this war veteran spoke of, being just as much a threat today as it was in times past, is proven by the very actions of the federal government at Bundy Ranch.<\/span><\/h3>\n
