He signed the bill behind closed doors and said the ban the \u201cright thing to do for our state.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Consuelo Zapata, the owner of Incredible Investments, LLC, a business in Miami-Dade that provides online services for migrant workers who is suing the state in response to the legislation, said the law is so recklessly worded that it outlaws all computers in the state, not simply those at internet cafes.<\/p>\n<p>Scott and the Florida Senate passed the law in response to seniors and other state residents using \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.flsenate.gov\/Session\/Bill\/2013\/0155\/BillText\/er\/PDF\" target=\"_blank\">electronic gambling devices<\/a>,\u201d including computers.<\/p>\n<p>The bill\u2019s wording can be used to categorize any number of devices as illegal gambling machines, according to the Miami law firm of Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen &amp; Levine, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.com\/2013\/07\/08\/florida-banned-computers_n_3561701.html\" target=\"_blank\">Huffington Post<\/a> reported on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Republished with permission from: <a title=\"Florida Outlaws All Computers\" href=\"http:\/\/www.infowars.com\/florida-outlaws-all-computers\/\" target=\"_blank\">Infowars<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Infowars.com July 9, 2013 Photo: Orin Zebest So hasty were Florida lawmakers, they managed to outlaw all computers in the Sunshine State.
