In some parts of the country government has nothing better to do than waste taxpayer money on producing court papers and dispatching rude cops to harass and threaten people who have committed such heinous crimes.<\/p>\n Remember: you don\u2019t have to show an ID if you\u2019re not driving a motor vehicle, especially while on your own property.
