The announcement was made by U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia Neil H. MacBride and Valerie Parlave, Assistant Director in Charge of the FBI\u2019s Washington Field Office.<\/p>\n<p>Harroun, 30, faces a maximum sentence of life imprisonment if convicted of the second charge.
