MP Michael Meacher is to ask an \u201curgent question\u201d about the Bilderberg Group in Parliament following Prime Minister David Cameron\u2019s visit with the secretive organization while the country is embroiled in a huge lobbying scandal.<\/p>\n

\u201cMichael Meacher, Labour MP for Oldham West and Royton, is to ask an urgent question on the Bilderberg conference, on Monday 10 June in the House of Commons,\u201d\u00a0reports the official Parliamentary website<\/a>. \u201cThe question is expected to commence at 3.30pm, following the conclusion of questions to the Home Office.\u201d<\/p>\n Meacher made an appearance at the site of the protest against the Bilderberg Group last week\u00a0during which he insisted<\/a>\u00a0the organization should be held accountable. Meacher is seeking to find out what was decided at Bilderberg and how it will effect government policy.<\/p>\n \u201cMy objection is that it\u2019s being done in utter secrecy with the police keeping everyone else out,\u201d said Meacher, adding, \u201cWhen they all get together, it\u2019s not just to have a chat about the latest problem, it is to concert plans for the future of capitalism in the West.\u201d<\/p>\n Prime Minister David Cameron\u00a0attended the Bilderberg confab on Friday<\/a>, meeting in secret with power brokers who have a proven track record of steering global affairs from behind the scenes with complete contempt for democracy. Cameron came to power promising his government would represent the most \u201ctransparent\u201d in history.<\/p>\n The Bilderberg Group was blown wide open over the weekend when\u00a0Alex Jones disrupted a BBC Sunday Politics show<\/a>\u00a0after being told to \u201cshut up\u201d by host Andrew Neal.<\/p>\n Bilderberg members Ken Clarke and Ed Balls were also forced to address Bilderberg during the show, and Balls was confronted twice about the issue, once by Alex Jones, once by Paul Joseph Watson, after the taping.<\/p>\n Watch a Sky News interview with MP Michael Meacher below in which the MP explains how Bilderberg clearly will have an impact on government policy.
