font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">\u201cWhile many prisoners at Belmarsh say it\u2019s difficult to see a doctor or a nurse, these services are available at the facility,\u201d reports <em>Bloomberg News<\/em>, regarding the possibility of Assange receiving overdue medical attention.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\"> Her Majesty\u2019s Prison Belmarsh had been used to detain high-profile national security prisoners indefinitely without charge under\u00a0the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act of 2001, passed six weeks after 9\/11, until the House of Lords ruled it violated the British <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" title=\"Human Rights Act 1998\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Human_Rights_Act_1998\">Human Rights Act<\/a><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; Ronnie Biggs of the 1963 Great Train Robbery was imprisoned there. \u00a0Others are subjects of high-profile scandal, such as Richard Tomlinson, imprisoned for six months in 1997 after he gave a synopsis of a proposed book detailing his career with MI6 to an Australian publisher.
