If so, this would point to the fact that these organizations are NOT independent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Peter Koenig:<\/strong>\u00a0 Let me start with the fact that indeed these organizations are not independent at all.<\/p>\n<p>The World Bank and IMF are fully controlled by the US.
