Massachusetts snow plow driver John Pimental faces multiple criminal charges after protesters at a \u201cFake Emergency Rally\u201d opposing President Trump\u2019s border wall flagged police when he splashed them with snow.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"A group of several dozen were protesting the president Monday the Falmouth Village Green when they allege a plow truck veered \u201cacross the road,\u201d lowered the plow and intentionally doused them with slush. The group flagged down a Falmouth police officer around 12:30 p.m., after the driver came by a second time, soaking the group and signs that read \u201cFake Crisis, \u201cTRUMPed Up Emergency\u201d and \u201cTrump Is The Crisis,\u201d The Falmouth Enterprise<\/a>reports.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe protesters alleged that a snow plow driver intentionally drove by the Village Green twice, throwing snow from the plow into the group of protesters,\u201d Falmouth Police Lieutenant Douglas M. DeCosta told the news site. \u201cThey gave us a description of the vehicle and we were able to locate it in the area.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHe just veered closer and closer,\u201d a woman protester who was not identified told WABC<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy whole back was wet, my legs were wet,\u201d another woman said. \u201cI was pretty drenched.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was cold and it hurt because there was a lot of ice in it. He jammed his foot on the gas and I thought he was coming toward me,\u201d she continued.<\/p>\n

\u201cA sane, trained plow driver would have never acted the way he did,\u201d protester Christine Uljua told WCVB<\/a>.\"\"<\/p>\n
