White House press secretary Sarah Sanders has been interviewed by special counsel Robert Mueller\u2019s office \u2013 reportedly one of the last interviews of the two-year probe seeking evidence of Russian collusion with US President Trump.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe President urged me, like he has everyone in the administration, to fully cooperate with the special counsel<\/em>,\u201d Sanders told<\/a> CNN. \u201cI was happy to voluntarily sit down with them<\/em>.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n Anonymous sources claimed the White House did not initially want Sanders speaking to Mueller\u2019s office, and it\u2019s unclear what she was asked. Special counsel spokesman Peter Carr declined to comment.<\/p>\n Another source told the Washington Post that Sanders was interviewed<\/a> by Mueller seven months ago.
