In the latter,<em> \u201ca senior security source\u201d<\/em> is quoted as saying: <em>\u201cThey\u2019re going to have pay a cost for what they\u2019ve done. Nothing is off the table now.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The Rupert Murdoch owned Sun, states: <em>\u201csources insisted there was \u201cno doubt\u201d on the Joint Intelligence Committee \u2013 the overall security body that supervised the long investigation \u2013 that the Skrpial [sic] \u201cwet job\u201d was authorized by Putin personally.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Not wanting to miss out, The Daily Mail also referenced the cyberwarfare threats, but didn&#8217;t give a source for the information.<br \/><em\/><\/p>\n<p>As well as cyberwarfare, the UK is planning more financial sanctions, travel bans and conventional espionage against Russia, as detailed in all three pieces.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"900\" height=\"506\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/vGV9LlSnpEM\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; encrypted-media\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>On Thursday morning, during an interview on BBC Radio 4, UK\u2019s Security Minister Ben Wallace on retaliation against Russia said:<em> \u201cWe do all the time, but we retaliate in our way.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;We are not the Russians, we don&#8217;t adopt the sort of thuggish, destructive and aggressive behaviour that we have seen.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;We choose to challenge the Russians in both the overt and the covert space, within the rule of law and in a sophisticated way.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Like this story?
