He says it originated from a neo-Nazi website, and was named \u201cAntifa list.\u201d<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Harvard Law School lecturer Thomas Frampton is suing Louisiana State Police (LSP) over its alleged failure to release a list of thousands of citizens who had signed a petition against US President Donald Trump. According to the lawsuit, the list comes from a hoax roster that originally showed up a year ago on neo-Nazi conspiracy theories website, 8Chan, WGNO reports.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rt.com\/usa\/437104-mccain-ukraine-nazis-washington-post\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">READ MORE:\u00a0WaPo column praises McCain as human rights champion with photo of him next to &#8216;literal neo-Nazi&#8217;<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The list was discovered by New Orleans civil-rights attorney William Most. Frampton is now taking action against the LSP\u2019s Baton Rouge police department on his behalf.<\/p>\n<p>The LSP\u2019s alleged implication with neo-Nazi groups drew the ire of the public, some of whom went as far as to accuse the <em>\u201cracist\u201d<\/em> police force of taking orders from white supremacist group, the Ku Klux Klan.<\/p>\n<div class=\"rtcode\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-lang=\"ru\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Attorneys are suing <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Louisiana?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Louisiana<\/a> police who refuse to turn over emails relating to &#8220;antifa member list&#8221; found on 8chan and neo-Nazi websites. Louisiana State Police are now getting their marching orders from the <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/AltRight?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#AltRight<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/KKK?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#KKK<\/a>?!?!<br \/>Lawsuit claims Louisiana State Police has \u2018antifa\u2019 roster from Neo-Nazi site <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/JFgCZAJKTu\">https:\/\/t.co\/JFgCZAJKTu<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 #TheResistance (@BoneKnightmare) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BoneKnightmare\/status\/1035494436468338688?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">August 31, 2018<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<p>Others suggested there may be some more suspicious reasons for the police not wanting the documents in the public domain.<\/p>\n<p>The whole case unraveled when Most demanded in May that LSP release thousands of internal emails containing hateful and racist communication, including phrases such as <em>\u201cwhite genocide.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>LSP initially delayed the release but after a few months relented and handed out 64 emails.<\/p>\n<p>It was then that Most spotted a document called <em>\u201cfull list of antifa.docx,\u201d<\/em> which had reportedly been circulated among the department\u2019s most senior officials, as well as local enforcement ones.<\/p>\n<p>The attorney requested the department give him the list in question, but LSP refused on the grounds that it would<em> \u201ccompromise\u201d<\/em> an ongoing investigation which was expected to result in arrests.
