It has also affected housing and increased the number of homeless.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bambery said the downward trend in life expectancy and an increase in early deaths were\u00a0exacerbated by \u201cthe lack of any source of provision and any backup.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJobs people are getting are increasingly precarious, temporary jobs, short term contracts and so on,&#8221;\u00a0Bambery added.
