It was just quite a dry comment used out of frustration,\u201d<\/em> he said.<\/p>\n The Jewish Labour Movement (JLM) did not accept Enticott\u2019s explanation, with Chairman Ivor Caplin calling it a \u201cso-called half-apology\u201d.<\/em> Caplin said he believed people would \u201csee right through\u201d<\/em> Enticott\u2019s excuses.<\/p>\n Enticott said he was \u201canti-Zionist not anti-Semitic\u201d<\/em> and added he \u201cnever meant to offend\u201d<\/em> the Jewish community. \u201cI’d like to apologise if that’s the case, for the words I’ve used.”<\/em><\/p>\n Enticott had initially denied posting anti-semitic content on his Facebook page, but later admitted that he was responsible for sharing the articles, one of which made claims about Jews drinking blood and compared circumcision practices performed by rabbis to pedophilia.
