At the same time, she appeared to run out of breath while speaking the short sentence, having to take a deep breath to finish.<\/p>\n<p>While again disparaging the tax cut passed last year, she forgot words as she said \u201c83 of the benefits to the top 1%.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pelosi again ran out of breath a short time later, having to pause her statement to suck wind.<\/p>\n<p>She would repeat words, and it didn\u2019t seem like it was for effect.<!-- [donotprint] --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ppani\">\n<li>A d v e r t i s e m e n t<\/li>\n<li\/><\/ul>\n<p><!-- [\/donotprint] --><\/p>\n<p>\u201cSeven in 10 will not sh\u2014 hire new employees. Seven in 10 will not hire new employees,\u201d she repeated.<\/p>\n<p>After suffering a brain freeze, she complimented herself for a speech she gave yesterday to students who refused to go to school.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy best line they liked,\u201d she patted herself on the back.<\/p>\n<p>She completely botched an attack on her GOP colleagues.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Republican Congress is more interested in holding voters\u2014 um, holding votes\u2026\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>Complimenting Democrats, she said they offer \u201creal solutions like bold investments in cr\u2014 job creating infrastructure, infrastructure, lowering the cost of prescription drugs, and other, uh, necessities, protecting American, Americans endangered pensions.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A moment later, an aide handed her a piece of paper to correct a statement she made.
