It was a good decision to part ways.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cIt [Best for Britain] is undemocratic. One of the objectives cannot be to bring down a Government, not without an election or a referendum.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"900\" height=\"506&quot;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ds9SE4N2mS0\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; encrypted-media\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThis idea of bringing down a Government and guerrilla warfare,<\/em><em> I don\u2019t agree with any of that. I\u2019m a transparency campaigner, it doesn\u2019t matter which side of the argument you are on. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cIf you are going to have funders who are getting involved in something that could determine Britain\u2019s future then the public has a right to know who is backing it. This is about the future of our country.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Miller was quick to distance herself from the group she co-founded in 2017, after the Soros story broke on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cContrary to misleading media reports published earlier today, I have absolutely no relationship with, or involvement in the work of, Best for Britain.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;It is, of course, a matter for Best for Britain whether they choose to make public their list of donors. As a transparency campaigner, I hope they do,\u201d<\/em> she wrote in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>Despite claims of Best for Britain seeking to undermine the Conservative\u2019s hand in negotiations, Lord Malloch-Brown, a former Labour minister and allegedly part of the Soros meeting, insisted he is actually <em>\u201ccoming to rescue the Tories.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe are talking about a defeat [for the Conservative Party] of historic proportions.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThis argument that somehow what we\u2019re trying to do is anti-Tory \u2013 I\u2019m the cavalry. I\u2019m coming to rescue the Tories from their own mistake,\u201d<\/em> he told the Telegraph.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cOur feeling is that the general assumption out there was that the battle was over. We wanted to show that there was still a resistance there.
