The footage shows the Riverside officers speaking with two people sitting inside a car, repeatedly asking one of them, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.liveleak.com\/view?i=0d0_1511894427\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"tag noopener noreferrer\">identified<\/a>\u00a0as Christopher McClinton, 22, for his ID.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cYou can be arrested for failure to identify yourself\u2026 OK? It\u2019s your last chance,\u201d<\/em> the officer says. One policeman pulls out his Taser as they try to put the man on the ground to arrest him, but he ends up tasering his partner instead.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warning: The video contains explicit language.
