The application was rejected due to incorrect filing.<\/p>\n<p>Breivik\u2019s application did not pass the legal requirements for<br \/>\nregistering an association he wanted to call &#8220;The Norwegian fascist<br \/>\nparty and the Nordic league,&#8221; a spokeswoman for Norwegian<br \/>\nregistration body told Aftenposten daily on Friday.<\/p>\n<p><i>&#8220;To be an association, you need to have two people or more&#8230;<br \/>\nand in this case, there&#8217;s only Breivik,&#8221;<\/i> Mette Siri Broenmo<br \/>\nsaid.<\/p>\n<p>There were other irregularities in Breivik\u2019s application that<br \/>\nbarred him from founding his organization, she added.<\/p>\n<p>Tord Jordet, Breivik&#8217;s lawyer, said his client intended to<br \/>\nre-apply.<\/p>\n<p>Breivik was the perpetrator behind Norway\u2019s worst postwar<br \/>\nepisode of violence.
