SEOUL, May 10 (RIA Novosti) \u2014 North Korea has called the South Korean President\u2019s recent visit to the United States a \u201cprelude to war,\u201d Yonhap reported on Friday citing North Korean media sources.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is a curtain-raiser to a dangerous war to invade\u201d a North Korean official was cited as saying, Yonhap reported.<\/p>\n

South Korea\u2019s President Park Geun-hye took office in February, and the visit to the United States was her first official foreign trip as President.<\/p>\n

North Korea was a key point on the agenda for her meetings with US President Barack Obama, given the worrying\u00a0escalation of tensions on the Korean peninsula<\/a> following the isolated state\u2019sthird nuclear test in February<\/a>.<\/p>\n
