The LA Times <a href=\"http:\/\/www.latimes.com\/local\/lanow\/la-me-power-explosion-20170708-story.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">reports<\/a> that firefighters arrived on the scene to find a huge container of mineral oil, which is used as a cooling agent for electrical equipment, engulfed in flames.<\/p>\n<p>The LADWP <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ladwpnews.com\/ladwp-statement-regarding-fire-at-receiving-station-in-north-sf-valley\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">said<\/a> that the power was intentionally cut to allow firefighters to battle the blaze. Firefighters managed to get the blaze under control Saturday night.
