Charged with heresy, Galileo was forced to recount and abjure.<\/p>\n

Today, in many places, the channel of peeling truth from cosmetic reality has moved well beyond the mere papal process of 16th century Europe to the full-on embrace of singularity of thought\u2026 be it coerced by force, banishment or closure.<\/p>\n
