When Egypt\u2019s President Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi, who has imprisoned and killed thousands of the Muslim Brotherhood, came to visit, Trump said, \u201cHe\u2019s done a fantastic job in a very difficult situation.\u201d<\/p>\n

In a phone call, Trump also praised Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte, who has had narcotics dealers gunned down in the streets, for doing an \u201cunbelievable job on the drug problem.\u201d<\/p>\n
