Taub<\/strong> is an Associate Professor of Law at the Vermont Law School where she teaches contracts, corporations and securities regulation. Before joining VLS, she taught at the Isenberg School of Management, University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She researches and writes in the area of corporate governance, shareholders\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2 rights, bankruptcy, and financial market regulation.
