On the same day that Donald Trump is scheduled to give an in-depth speech on immigration policy in Arizona, he will be going south of the border to meet with Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto.<\/p>\n
The Republican presidential nominee tweeted Tuesday evening that he had accepted the Mexican leader\u2019s invitation.<\/p>\n
After posting a picture of himself on May 5, Cinco de Mayo, eating a taco bowl with the caption \u201cI love Hispanics!<\/em>\u201d his support among the Latino community did not improve. Trump has had to find alternative ways to soften his image and stance on immigration.<\/p>\n I have accepted the invitation of President Enrique Pena Nieto, of Mexico, and look very much forward to meeting him tomorrow.<\/p>\n \u2014 Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) August 31, 2016<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n <\/center><\/div>\n Perhaps this is why he took up President Nieto\u2019s invitation to get to know the country he once claimed was \u201csending people that have lots of problems, and they\u2019re bringing those problems with us. They\u2019re bringing drugs. They\u2019re bringing crime.
