Inslee said the meeting was &#8220;very satisfying&#8221; and that he was &#8220;encouraged&#8221; that the Feds will respect the will of Washington voters.<\/p>\n<p>This past Election Day Washington voters passed Initiative 502 by a wide margin of 56-44, joining\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.activistpost.com\/2012\/11\/colorado-legalizes-recreational.html\">Colorado to legalize recreational marijuana<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI do believe it is my duty to follow the intentions of the voters of Washington\u201d Inslee said. \u201cI went into this (Holder meeting) believing our state should go ahead with implementation.
