So <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/publiushuldah.wordpress.com\/category\/natural-born-citizen\/\" target=\"_blank\">they are not \u201cnatural born citizens\u201d<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>So! How is this handled? Who calls it?\u00a0 Who makes the ruling? Do we \u201cfile a lawsuit\u201d and let federal judges decide? \u201cSlap your hands!\u201d, our Framers would say. They would say, \u201cREAD THE CONSTITUTION AND SEE WHAT IS SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>[Our lives would be so much simpler \u2013 and our Country so much better off \u2013 if we read &amp; supported our Constitution.]<\/p>\n<p>Read the 12th Amendment. That sets forth the procedures for election of President and VP. Note that ELECTORS are supposed to be the ones making the selection \u2013 not The People. [There is a reason for that.]\u00a0 For an illustration of how this works, go<a href=\"https:\/\/publiushuldah.wordpress.com\/2012\/02\/09\/national-popular-vote-goodbye-sweet-america\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>HERE<\/strong><\/a> and read the subheadings,\u00a0 <strong>\u201cElectors\u201d Appointed by States Were To Choose The President!\u00a0 <\/strong>and<strong> The 12<sup>th<\/sup>Amendment Establishes Procedures For Voting By Electors.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>So! Assume we followed the Constitution on this issue and we get to the part where Congress is counting the votes as provided by 12th Amendment.
