sponsor the organization of an international conference on the refugee problem,&#8221; Putin said during a meeting with the Lebanese President Michel Suleiman on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;If the interested nations agree to this, we will be ready to propose Moscow as the venue,&#8221;
