{"id":194647,"date":"2015-10-26T23:41:19","date_gmt":"2015-10-26T23:41:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rinf.com\/alt-news\/?p=194647"},"modified":"2015-10-26T23:41:19","modified_gmt":"2015-10-26T23:41:19","slug":"brennan-behind-witch-hunt-journalists-wikileaks-new-release","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/rinf.com\/alt-news\/latest-news\/brennan-behind-witch-hunt-journalists-wikileaks-new-release\/","title":{"rendered":"Brennan behind witch hunt of journalists: WikiLeaks new release"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"item-text\">\n<p><strong>Transparency organization WikiLeaks is continuing to take on CIA Director John Brennan by releasing a new batch of secret emails from a so-called global intelligence company.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>WikiLeaks said Monday that it has begun \u201cpublishing <em>The Global Intelligence Files<\/em>, over five million e-mails from the Texas headquartered &#8220;global intelligence&#8221; company Stratfor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>One of the points highlighted by the organization was Brennan being mentioned in one of the documents as the one \u201cbehind the witch hunts of investigative journalists.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBrennan is behind the witch hunts of investigative journalists learning information from inside the beltway sources,\u201d it read.<\/p>\n<p>WikiLeak said the emails would \u201creveal the inner workings of a company that fronts as an intelligence publisher, but provides confidential intelligence services to large corporations, such as Bhopal&#8217;s Dow Chemical Co., Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon and government agencies.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dated between July 2004 and late December 2011, the emails show \u201cStratfor&#8217;s web of informers, pay-off structure, payment laundering techniques and psychological methods,\u201d it added.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.presstv.ir\/Detail\/2015\/10\/26\/435104\/john-brennan-wikileaks-cia-private-emails-stratfor\">Read more<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Transparency organization WikiLeaks is continuing to take on CIA Director John Brennan by releasing a new batch of secret emails from a so-called global intelligence company.
